VOLUNTEERING

Milton Keynes Community Cardio-pulmonary Group is in urgent need of volunteers to train as “ BLUE SHIRTS ” to support the session leader and exercise instructor in providing a safe environment for our members to exercise at our premises in Bletchley.

Time commitment
No previous experience required as training will be given.
Initially two and half hours (
18:20–20:45hrs) on Monday x 6 weeks.
Then two and half hours, suitable to you, to join one of the following group sessions:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday morning
09:20 – 11:45hrs
- Monday or Thursday afternoon
12:20 – 14:30hrs

- Tuesday or Thursday evening from 18:20–20:45hrs.

 

  • You will work alongside a more experienced Blue Shirt to learn the duties involved during a session.
  • Additionally, you need to be committed to attending basic training which is provided free.
  • You will join a supportive, enthusiastic team of people who do a very important job.
  • Also, if you wish, have fun joining in with the various social events organised by our group throughout the year.
  • This role is open to those over 16yrs
